We also offer clean, studio-style portraits with simple, minimal backdrops when preferred or needed. What do you need from us before Picture Day? We’ll guide you through everything. The main thing we need is a student roster ahead of time, along with a designated point of contact and a suitable space for photos. We provide all communication materials for families. How do parents order photos? Parents receive access to a private online gallery where they can view and order their child’s photos. All payments, ordering, and delivery are handled directly through our system. Do we need to collect money or forms? No. We do not use paper forms or envelopes. Everything is handled online, making the process simple and organized for both schools and families. What happens if a child is absent? We offer makeup or retake options when possible, depending on availability and participation. We’ll work with you to find the best solution. Can we do class photos and staff photos? Yes. We offer class composite photos and staff portraits. We’ll confirm all details with you ahead of Picture Day. What space is needed for photography? We typically use a clean indoor or outdoor space with good natural light. We’ll work with your environment and provide guidance ahead of time to ensure everything runs smoothly. How long does Picture Day take? Timing depends on the size of your school, but most sessions are completed within a few hours. We create a schedule that works with your classrooms and daily routine.

How do I access my child’s photos? You’ll receive a private gallery link via email or access code after Picture Day. From there, you can view and order your child’s photos. When will photos be ready? Galleries are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks after Picture Day. Do I have to pre-order? No. You can order after viewing your child’s photos. Some schools may offer pre-registration to make access easier. What if I have more than one child? If your children are linked in the system, you’ll be able to view all galleries together. If not, we can easily assist with linking them. Can I order prints and digital images? Yes. We offer both digital downloads and a selection of print products. What if I need help with my order?
